Although the Oscars are still months away, the buzz for certain films is heating up. At last night’s 25th annual Gotham Independent Film Awards, A-listers including Julianne Moore, Helen Mirren, and Glenn Close joined the stage with emerging talents Benjamin McKenzie, Morena Baccarin, Rami Malek, Paul Dano, and Zoe Kazan. Also in attendance were a slew of industry veterans including Robert De Niro and Robert Redford joined by newsmen Dan Rather and Tom Brokaw. With awards season kicking off in January at the Golden Globes, we’re looking forward to seeing many of these faces on the red carpet again.
